1. General Terms

Welcome to Baraka Diamonds. By accessing or purchasing through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Policies.
These terms form a binding agreement between you (“the customer”) and Baraka Diamonds (“the company,” “we,” “our”).

Baraka Diamonds reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current version.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and include VAT when applicable.
Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received and verified.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payments are processed securely through verified third-party providers. Baraka Diamonds does not store any credit-card or payment information on our servers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide insured shipping through recognized carriers (FedEx, DHL, or Israel Post).
Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days for ready items, or 3–4 weeks for custom-made jewelry.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will contact you with updated information.

Once shipped, Baraka Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or natural events.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
Under Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Distance Sales), you may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and in original packaging.

A cancellation fee may apply—25 % of the order value or $500, whichever is lower.
Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved or made-to-order rings) cannot be returned or refunded.

For international clients, Baraka Diamonds offers a voluntary 30-day return policy for unworn stock items.
Refunds will be processed once the returned piece is inspected and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Warranty

All jewelry purchased from Baraka Diamonds is covered by a one-year craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, impact, unauthorized resizing, or normal wear.
In such cases, we offer professional repair services at fair cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, text, logos, and product imagery appearing on barakafinediamonds.com are the exclusive property of Baraka Diamonds and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Baraka Diamonds shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv.
For international sales, applicable consumer laws of the buyer’s jurisdiction may also apply.
